Suomen Kanoottipurjehtijat ("Finnish Canoe Sailing Association") is only association in Finland dedicated for canoe sailing. Association was formed in 2006 and it is open for all people who are interested in canoe sailing. You do not need own your sailing canoe to participate. We have members from all ages and around Finland.

The club is very active and a variety of events are organized including touring, competitions, and canoe building.

We are non-profit organization. Funds collected through membership fees and advertisements on the web site are used to support above mentioned activities provided by the association.

We are member of the Finnish Canoe Federation (www.kanoottiliitto.fi).

We welcome all types of sailing canoes. Most popular sailing canoes in Finland have been ACA, C-class/5m, and IIIC.

One of the most importants events of the year is national championships that take place normally in August. If you wish to participate as a foreign visitor, please contact us.
